The curtiousness of the staff, being kept current on how the current status of car. Delivering the car back to me way before it was quoted to be done. Taking time to vacuum the inside, and it looked just like it did when I drove it off the dealers lot. Great people to work with.

They made a very stressful situation a smooth and easy process . Patiently explaining the insurance process, unfamiliar territory to me . They kindly stored my car indoors for over a week while we waited for the insurance adjuster . I greatly appreciated that since we don’t have a garage, and the accident left the inside of the car exposed to the winter elements . As far as I can see, the rapairs seem to be as good as new! So happy to have my car back to normal !
