It was and Excellent, welldone , profesional and on time service. I had a great experience from the **** st encounter over the phone to the handle of my keys after all repair where done. He gave me a sense of trust that I lost over the 1st auto shop Liberty Mutual gave me. I loved... I meant love the texted up dated that was being send to me, I would say daily and the phone call I received to inform me of the extra repair my 2015 Pathfinder need it. PS. If you happen to pass by Christmas please enjoy the Christmas cookies... they where great too. ???????? My husband and I where very please with the service. Can't wait will after holidays to inform Cassandra at Liberty of the great experience I had.
