Hood paint job is not the quality level I expect from Black Diamond. There are several marks, some orange peel and buffer scratches. Please retain the original damaged hood so you can swap them while you redo the new one. I cannot afford to leave my truck again. I am not happy with the workmanship. Also, I left a message for Ken to call me at noon today about my bed cover hinges being bent/sprung, causing rain water leaks into bed. I have not received a call, it’s 8:30 pm. I was very accommodating, did not push the schedule. Delivery went from 2/15 to 2/20. It sat for days in your facility without anything being done.

Nobody keeping me up to date- I have to call them. I was not informed of my car being sent to a mechanic until the rental car agency called me. My rental is up on Wednesday and I have no clue about my car or when it will be ready...
