I have no complaints at all. I was impressed with the continued notifications of work as it progressed. I could not believe that they cleaned my car inside and out which with winter weather wasn't clean when I turned it in. Thank you!! I would definitely recommend OBS.

We realize there was a problem with parts but also realize those things happen. As far as the vehicle, everything looks great.

Best body shop in Gallipolis.

This is the second time I have used your body shop and both times I have been impressed with the customer service. I was extremely happy that I save $50 because the savings from a used part was used and the savings was actually given back to me. Impressive. I was also ecstatic that my black car was washed, vacuumed and I think waxed!! If I ever need repairs again I will be back and I have also referred several people to your shop. Thank you

horn doesn't work/not hooked up, bumper cover sticks out on passenger side where it meets fender, hood is wonky where it was "fixed", hood rubs fender at pass side rear of hood, headlights were't aimed correctly, coolant bottle was empty... Paint work was nice, though..
