I could hardly believe it was the same, formerly crushed panel when they were done with it. Amazing work, gracious staff, and really willing to work with my budget. I’ll definitely be back with my classic!!

The car looks great, but customer service was not good. Almost to the point of being rude. I would hesitate before recommending your company to anyone.

ive gone to carstar a couple of times now, and everytime their service is very quick and satisfying. it seems like on a personal level.

Fron the moment I made the first initial call I believe it was Gary who I spoke with. He was very professional. I like that he made it convenient for me to get all my information to him via text. That saved me a trip. They keep me informed from start to finish. My car was very clean and looked new. Thank you Carstar team great job!

My Porsche was supposed to be ready on Monday 11/14/16, this was extended to Tuesday 11/15/16. I spoke with Dan on Tuesday am, who re-assured me my car would be ready on Tuesday 11/15/16 at 1530. I paid for services over the phone with my credit card, I dropped rental car off at 1515, arrived at Carstar at about 1530. At first, the gentleman there stated that my car was getting washed, my husband and I sat there for an additional 25minutes, we then asked another employee, when would the car be ready, he said an additional 20minutes. Finally, my husband asked where was our car, another employee stated it's in the back. The car had not not been washed, the letters were still off the trunk(Macanne/Porsche), and the front panel on the passenger side still had the initial dent/scratch still present. Needless to say, my husband I requested that the car not be delivered, so I had no rental car, and no private vehicle for work Wednesday 11/16/16. I had to borrow a car to make it to work. My husband works at PAS, around the corner from CarStar, he will be stopping by to speak with you all regarding our vehicle. Very inconvenient for me, if the car was not going to be ready I could have extended my rental car agreement.
