Car wasnt running hood wont pop anymore and there is still damage on the car. This place was a complete waste of time would have been better to keep the damage

At first I wasn’t satisfied because damage was done to my car after I dropped it off and noticed it when I was picking it up. Pictures were checked and you fixed the damage within a day.

The double backed tape used to hold the trim on is too thick. The trim isn't flush against the doors.

I was satisfied with the service. I don't blame anyone but the timeline that I had to wait to get the car repaired was a bit long. I know that it's not the Body shops fault. John Estrante (sorry spelling?)was great, he kept me in the loop weekly if not several times a week. He was very pleasant and also let me know what is going on. A month is a long time but I understand.

We have to say that we appreciated the communication from John every week with updates even if nothing happened. We were disappointed in the condition of the car when we picked it up, however. It wasn’t clean inside or out, the charging port door didn’t operate properly, there was a large scuff mark on the hood and the windshield was broken. Had we lived in Las Vegas, that would be one thing, but having to fly in from Phoenix to drive the car home and find it in that condition was heartbreaking.

The only problem was the time it took to repair my car. I realize it was not the fault of Jim Marsh Body shop due to the problem of getting parts to repair my car. It did however cause me to have to pay a **** ****/2 months overtime of $1200. for the rental car. I'm trying to get reimbursed from other Ins Co.

Everything was going well up until approximately **** week out. Last text that I got on 12 Nov stated that my car was on schedule for completion on the 19th (original scheduled completion date). I call on the 18th just to double check and I was told that I needed to talk to the individual in charge of my car. I had to leave a voicemail as he was not at his desk. After not hearing from anyone on the 19th, I contacted Jim Marsh at 3PM to inquire and was told that my car was not going to be ready until Monday. So Monday comes and I arrive at Jim Marsh after work about 3PM and go out to my car where the repairs looked great. We walked around the exterior of the car and it looked good. We go back inside so I can pay my portion of the deductible and also for me to empty my rental. Upon arriving at my car and putting thing away, I go to get ready to drive away and I look and for some reason the Convertible Roof is UNLOCKED. So I am wondering WHY WOULD SOMEONE NEED TO PUT DOWN A ROOF FOR A TEST DRIVE ON A CAR THAT HAD FRONT END DAMAGE? Also a few days later I needed to use my horn to alert a driver to pay attention and my horn does not work. Instead of bringing it back and wait for time on parts I just went ahead and ordered a new horn
