Great work. Even for my car ready in time for me to travel.

Just seemed to take longer than necessary and communication was infrequent, sometimes incomplete and misleading...like my not initially being told they wanted to put me in a loaner car because they were being charged for my rental because they had gone over the time stated my car would be complete.

Everything seems great it just took longer than expected but they pushed forward and got me my car back sooner than later.

Work is always precious and excellent in its precision, color, and fit.

Richard kay body shop is the best in the business.

Due to receiving a call later in the day that my vehicle was repaired and was ready for pick-up, I had fully fueled the rental car and I asked about reimbursement for this and was told that the personnel in the Body Department would need to speak some one in administration in the front office and would contact me back concerning receiving this reimbursement back. While the amount for the full tank was only $20.00 I received it with only less than ****/4 of a tank and both are comparison in gas mileage. I would appreciate a call concerning this, as well as, proper reimbursement..... Other than this, my experience was exceptional and everyone was very pleasant.
