I liked how simple it was for me to bring my car in and show them what needed to be fixed. My complaint is the lack of communication during the repair process. We brought the car in on a Monday and was told it should be ready by Friday and that they would be calling us telling us when to pick it up. Friday came and went without any information on when to pick the car up. Monday arrived and we called to ask when we could pick the car up and were told they were waiting on a few additional parts that were expected to be in my Tuesday. However they weren’t anticipating the car to be ready until Thursday due to Wednesday being a holiday. We asked them to try to make finishing our car a priority due to us moving the next week. Tuesday arrived with no update so we called and asked what the status was and was informed that the wrong parts had been ordered (or had been delivered) and they needed to order the correct parts. Thursday we called again seeking information on our vehicle and were told the correct parts had arrived. We asked when it would be ready for pick up and they said late that afternoon. We did pick the car up and are satisfied with the work but dissatisfied with the overall experience. We felt that an already inconvenient experience (hit and run) was made more so inconvenient simply by a lack of communication. We are also confused as to why the parts weren’t ordered the Monday we brought the car in. The parts were able to be brought in over a ****-2 day period but the incorrect parts didn’t arrive until tuesday so it seems that they didn’t order the parts until much later in the week when the mistake could have been corrected sooner had the order been placed sooner.

Work seems fine so far but there was an issue with them contacting the rental car company to relay that my repair would take longer then they originally promised. I was over-charged because of it and have to wait on a refund.
