At my request, touch up paint was applied to lower front bumper scrape as a courtesy. The collision repair paint job in the right rear was well done but this part was unsatisfactory.

Service wasn’t the best hard to get to your office there’s no signage to get in from Hollister ave , you have the couches on the main entrance the truck wasn’t clean when pick it up and you charge a fortune for it , I been on other body shops and there’s a lot of difference , I was expecting a better experience with shop

Satisfied with the repair itself, although somewhat dissatisfied with your failure to contact/communicate with us about status of repair and how long it would take. We had to call you and then got conflicting information about when the car would be ready.

Juan is aware of the issues... after picking up my car, I noticed that some paint or stain was visible on the inside front passenger door frame. Also, additional work that I had requested to be done (for the second time) was not completed due to crazy long delays from Ford parts. (Still waiting on that, now the date is March 5!) Also after picking up my car I noticed the interior light display for the gear shift is not illuminated and my engine light is now on. Those things were not like that when I turned in the car. But the car was at Prestigious for 4 weeks. It will be a while before "complete satisfaction". Thank you

Prestigious did a good job. The part installed, while we were told was OEM, was lesser quality than the original.
