The entire experience was smooth - the Geico estimator was right next door and I was able to drop my car off the day before we left for vacation. I was updated on a daily basis and the car was ready when I got back in town. The repair makes the car look as good as new if not better.

Lack of communication between the shop and myself. The shop kept changing my day of competition for the car. The job was done okay, the fender flare wasn’t probably adjusted had to remove and readjust it when I got home. Eva one of the secretaries, I guess, was incredibly rude to me when I called. Giving excuses for herself. Christian the Geico representative for the shop never called me for updates on the vehicle the car was in your shop for almost a month???? Every time I had to call. Never again will I do business with this shop. Was very disappointed because Jim’s was highly recommended by family but never again.

I had to point out the overspray on my vehicle from other cars and ask to have it removed. Not good quality control.

Collateral damage caused to vehicle (large deep scratch to left quarter panel). Also, white liquid splashed onto rubber mat, bumper and hatchback plastic, unable to wash it off. Now will have to take it back again to get the scratch repaired, estimated time to complete is **** to 2 days .

Jim's is the best - from the minute I called them through the time I drove off the lot! Professional, courteous, prompt, and reasonably priced too! They explained everything and texted the progress throughout! I could not be more satisfied - and my car looks great!
