Christian was good about keeping me informed on the status of my car repairs. When I picked up the car today,he explained the repairs and was very patient answering my mamy questions. I could tell he took pride in the work that was done & that gave me a good feeling! Also, kudos to the very friendly ladies at the front desk!

I explain to the Geico adjuster that the bumper was pushed up on both side after it was hit from the back, the left side was not fasten that you can pull it back with your finger. I’m not sure if it was not communicated, but the concentration was to paint the bumper. Now Going back to the body will take an effort on my part.
