There are not enough words to express my sincere satisfaction!
From the moment I walked into that beautiful, clean shop to the moment of pick up, my experience was nothing but AWESOME!
Lindsey, was most gracious with getting things going and all through the process. Kept me up to date daily and they even waited when I got there late.
My vehicle looked outstanding, like nothing ever happened when I got it back. Plus, the washed it! Thank you car Craft! Thanks yo all the techs who had any part. You all are top notch. Better than any I have ever known!

Everything went well. Staff was very helpful with transportation to work and then bringing my car to me when finished and it was washed which was quire a pleasant surprise. Also the finished job came in several dollars lower than the estimate.

Updates on status of repairs were timely and considerate. Paperwork needed to facilitate work through insurance company was minimal. Every person to person call and face to face contact was respectful, courteous, and service oriented. Very pleased with entire experience. Car looks fantastic. I would highly recommend this business/service to others.
