My husband and I were extremely pleased with our repair experience. The entire staff was extremely courteous and professional. We made a few visits to the shop during the repair process and were given a detailed update of what stage we were in the repair process. We were also provided a loaner vehicle to assist us as we experienced unanticipated issues with the insurance company providing rental car coverage during the extended repair period. Jeff, Lindsey, and the leaf technician ( I can't remember his name :( ) represented car craft well in my customer experience. Lastly, even the facility was clean, comfortable, and inviting.

I was suppose to get a new front rim and tire, and what I received was a defected used front rim. The body work was phenomenal, but getting a used rim was definitely a let down. I'll be back on Monday to hopefully get the issue resolved. I was told it was a New/ Used rim, didn't understand why it was used, considering my estimate was for a new rim, but I tried to clean it up and found rust and the chrome plate is defective.
