Car Craft was the only company out of many that replied to my email requests for work to be completed on my 370z. They took the time to provide a fair estimate and explained the work necessary to repair a spoiler. The price was fair, they explained the work to be completed and took their time to ensure it was done correctly and I my vehicle was accepted quickly for the repair. Dani was very informative and kept me posted on the status of my vehicle. Th work performed was excellent and I will use Car Craft in the future for body work or other projects with my six vehicles. I really appreciate the work.

Found dirt under rear spoiler and was not cleaned under t-tops among other places that were missed. Not very detailed for a $350 detailing. Could get a better job at the local car wash.

I was very satified with the way everything was handled. Very satified with the repairs on my car. Very satified with all of the people that I spoke with about my car and they're did a very good job keeping me up to date with what was happening with my vehicle at first. When it got closer to the repairs being finished i was told a date then some one left me a message to confirm it would be ready. Two hours later someone called to tell me they were still waiting on a part that just came in and it would be another week to 7 business days before the car was ready. After that happened I was the one that had to call to see if the car was ready. Come to find out they were waiting on two more parts that got stuck because of flood waters. Which I understand but I wish they would have told me sooner. I ended up having to pay full price for two days of my rent a car. I chose to pay the third day in hopes that the part would make it there because the flood waters receeded the second day because my schedule will not allow me to make it to the shop before the people that could put it on leave for the day. Unfortunately it did not make it there. Again i am very satified with the work that was done on my vehicle and with the staff that I worked with just wish that at the end they would have kept me more up to date. So I could have had the opportunity to pay full price for one day verses 3 for the rent a car.

The repair was done much faster than I anticipated and everyone was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend!
