I submitted an email and I am waiting for a call back regarding this matter. Landover has also called to leave a message with Chip on Friday, September 16th around 5:30 pm. My vehicle incurred more damage than when it was dropped off for a simple bumper repair. We now have an interior sent on the passenger door frame, a coating on all the interior and exterior windows that will not come off, black panel with scratches all over it whereas the service manager at LandRover Annapolis believed it looked like someone was using something abrasive to try and remove the coating from the Windows and scratched the panel , and 2 of the speakers on driver side are blown as they have a high pitched sound when a simple low phone conversation is happening. I am extremely dissatisfied with the care of a very expensive 6 month old $80,000 vehicle! We are expecting a phone call to handle these matters asap. Colleen and Kris Groszer
