They did a good job, were timely with repair, kept me updated, went the extra mile to do a good job. Only complaint is that the company charges a fee for using a credit card to pay. that is totally unprofessional, a punishment for not having lots of cash on hand. Using a credit card is part of doing business and the customer shouldn't be punished for using a credit card. No other company I have ever done busines with punishes a client for using a credit card. Good job with repair, but I would think twice about using them again or recommending them because of credit card fee.

Yes, your shop is awsome. Repair finished 2 days early, and i am happy tip have my baby back. Devon has excellent customer service, i liked the email updates on progress. Love the warranty. The work was done within time slot that was stated, work appearance is excellent, representatives were friendly, cordial and efficient. Car looked wonderful both inside and out, thanks to the vacuuming and washing. Great job!

Everything was great except they put the rusted tie downs in the bumper when I asked that they not be put in as I no longer have a camper so now I have to put up with rust on a brand new bumper. Thank you Kenny Merwin
