The entire process was thorough and professional. All questions were answered without hesitation and comments were frank and to the point. I was able to leave the dealership confident I knew what was going on. Additionally, being able to get an oil change worked in was extremely convenient.

Very satisfied with all of the employees I interacted with; all very friendly and explained everything clearly. We did have to wait an extra two days to pick up the car, but that was blamed on the Toyota dealership. The one thing I'd suggest you change is the "automatic updates", unless you plan to provide actual information for the updates. After seeing the update that my car would be ready as scheduled, I called to confirm this. I was told that a part had not been delivered and I may get the car Mon or Tues, not the prior Friday that the "update" stated. The updates are a great idea if they are accurate. If they are simply automatically sent to each customer without a true update on what is actually happening with the car, it annoys rather than impresses the customer.

You refused to listen to help on the intoxalock you locked it out the first 10 min you ignored 8 days of warnings licked it out again called me like I was supposed to fix it (Tick) had the geico Rep call like it was my issue I had to get out of state approval you ignored two weeks of messages until I got in touch w a supervisor from Geico even w that you had melted our battery went over 30 days Oh when we went to pick it up u drove it up left it running and walked away we walked out I said seriously you walked away again he said oh it’s ok you have 10 minutes... as he spoke the alarm went off and I reset it ... omg

Very accomodating. Kept me updated all the way. Had a clean new rental. Job was well done! So far cant see where the repair was done. Hosed off when picked it up. Porter should detail or wash all cars nrought into them for any type of service esp if you are repeat customers . I would recommend you.Diane G
