The process that was shared is again a step above my expectation. However my date was changed three times in the last three days. I missed two days of work only to find out the date was changed each day after I already took off. The second day I actually went to pick it up Only to find out it was not ready, which conflicted with my message. The manager said the messages are computer generated and did not consider the Monday holiday. I was confused with that because all changes happened after Monday? If the computer generated message is not accurate, I would rather not get it. The manager said we will call you when it’s ready. Even more reason not to send them. Also the review of my truck was completed inside the garage and everything looked good. It wasn’t until I got it out in the sunlight did I notice a blemish in the area of the accident. I tried to wipe it off but it remained there. Again I filled out the questioner before any of these changes. I stand by The process is sound just didn’t work for me. I will need to follow up with the manager again about the blemish but I really don’t feel like I should have too. We would of seen this with better light.
