There was additional scratches when I picked up my car. He blamed it on adjuster not seeing them when dropping it off. So I had them call the adjuster so he could give his side of story. They did fix it after a little bit of arguing. Really don't have much faith in porter after this incident and previous incident when was rude to my wife a few years ago. Figure i would give you another shot but clearly same result.

Your text messaging service is ridiculous,has incorrect information about progress which caused many issues for us. I'm sure this is automated and won't be addressed according to Porter Chevrolet associates. Terrible customer service.

When I went to pick up my car, I noticed the trunk lid was not lined up, After the trunk lid was fixed, I found the driver seat belt was not screed back on. I had to have the car returned for the belt to be connected.
