In my recent move to the area I have had the unfortunate luck of having my transmission fail and getting into a minor car accident in the span of 2 weeks. Both incidents were handled by Porter auto group. Porter nissan was able to diagnose the transmission trouble where a previous dealership I brought it to could not. They were able to replace the transmission in a timely manner. At Porter chevrolet, I had the pleasure of dealing with had Kelly, Mark and****. Kelly assured me that geico would take care of my claim efficiently. Mark was able to show me several options for a rental car and allowed me to choose the rental that would best meet my needs. Howard was confident and reassured me that my car was in good hands. The work on my car was completed within the window of the estimated time and the finished product looked as good as new. I was promised to have a recall on my car taken care of why it was in your shop. The excuse I was given was that he couldn't get ahold of the service dept. that is right next store. I told Mr. Slovin that he should be ashamed of himself for giving me such an excuse as that. I left not happy with Porter at all. My last vehicle was purchased at Porter and I'm currently in the market for a new Ford pickup but I can assure you it won't be at Porter.

My contact was Kelly with Geico and just an excellent job from start to finish. My only concern is what I had passed on to**** was that there was dust and compound all over the interior of the truck that took almost a couple of hours for me to clean. Overall great job and will pass on to Corey and Mr. Porter that will continue to do business with the Porter family in the future. Thanks Kelly!!

I feel like I was duped into the insurance, I was told it would only take two days to fix, so for two days I had insurance on my rental, then I was told two weeks. I don't know how you mix up two days and two weeks but it's the only reason I took the insurance in the first place. However one of the guys in charge at Porter got it canceled for me... Howard..Charles ?? So for that I'm thankful. I just feel like it is in coherts with the rental car agency. Other then that it was fine.

The overall experience was great ! Rob from Geico was so incredibly sweet and took great care of my car as well as keeping me updated with the progress while Porter Chevy was working on it . It was maybe 3 days that I had to go without my new Jeep and that's the shortest length of a repair I've ever had. I was impressed by everyone during this experience . The text updates were a nice touch as well. Everything was great. Thank you very much !
