Car was repaired beautifully. Very happy with the results. Zane and Dillon were awesome to deal with and kept me informed throughout the whole proccess. Although I hope to never have to use you guys again, if I am ever in an accident I would return to Porter without a second thought. I will be referring any friends that need repairs. Thank you to all mechanics that worked on my vehicle.

Everyone was great I had a wonderful experience. I came in god an estimate and they were able to get me into a rental and start the repairs to my truck right away which made me very happy. I received text updates as to the status of my truck and was ready on the date they said it would be with no delays. I just have one small miner issue which is not to big but the left turn signal wasn't working and didn't notice till I was already going and the repair shop at this point was closed so now I have to go back on my lunch or at another time to get this fixed :-(. Other thann that everything was great.

When I had been told it was finished, it wasn't. They had missed a spot. Also the check sheet said the inside had been cleaned and only the front portion of the car had been cleaned not the 3rd row of my suburban.

Repairs took longer than expected since the team had to wait for a part to arrive. However, I was not inconvenienced and the work was well done. I appreciated the phone calls I received updating me on the status along the way. Text messages were unreliable, but everyone was more than accommodating on the phone!

Dust all over the inside along with body shop odor. Why were windows or doors open while in the body shop? Shows employee disregard of others property. Is the work load too much, or quantity of work more important than quality? Your operation is nice, but I noted the same issues last time repairs were done by Porters.
