Jim the manager was very nice and went though every item with us. The job was finished when he said it would be. I would use this shop again if I Needed it.

They were the most professional, very accommodating love the job they did would recommended them very highly.

Jim Ahrem of C & E was experienced but his staff should have fully charged the battery before I picked up the car. When the car was brought back the next day after work at 4:05 PM, his mechanic only spent 10 minutes looking for the apparent electrical problem causing the electrical clicking sound as the shop was to close at 4:30 PM. He could have taken the Prius back into his shop rather than telling me to bring it back on Monday. A better towing company than Bill's towing should have been called; one more experienced with Prius cars. When Jim Aherm called a towing company on Monday morning, when the battery was completely flat. My driveway was damaged by Bill's Towing by two 8 ft skid marks and 8 other damages/breaks in the blacktop surface from the truck, chains, and towing sleds which popped out of place. Jim did not want to assist me with the towing company's driveway damage but said that it was between me and Bill's Towing.
