They Are Very professional when dealing with the client. This was my first time going there but if I should need Hicks again I won't hesitate on coming back. My wife and Daughter both been there no complaints.

I choose this bodyshop because of good feedback in yelp, I had few issues after first fix, but after talking to owner Mr. Hicks about them, he fixed everything, was very kind and persuasive, after all I got my car back very nice and clean. My husband and I are thrilled with how our car turned out. In addition to the body damage being completely fixed, the car was washed and what looked to be buffed and waxed. Lastly, the inside was fully detailed! Also we received a Hick's Auto Body gift bag. Getting your car fixed is already a stressful process so getting it back like new is such a relief. The customer service was great as I was able to call and speak with the owner every time. Although our car took a little longer than expected we couldn't be happier with the results and appreciate the folks at Hick's for taking their time and providing outstanding service.

Outstanding work. Billing process failure. Received a receipt for $500 deductible deposit. Did not receive any receipt for full work process (I have no documentation on the work done from Hicks).There was an explanation for that at the office. Liberty Mutual text me the paid out $****,587.72 to Hicks Auto Body. I feel left out the process. There should have been a completed bill given to me from Hicks Auto Body before hearing it from Liberty Mutual. I will inform others about the great work Hicks Auto Body done to my vehicle. Thanks.
