(Unfortunately) I have had to have various cars repaired over the years for various reasons. Frankie & Dylan's is the absolute only place I would ever bring any of my vehicles. The level of communication, quality of work, quality of service,and honesty, are all above and beyond.

My cars that you have worked on after being damaged have come back to me in like new condition! ( 2002 SATURN VUE and my new-and it still looks new- 2014 FORD ESCAPE) Thanks for your efforts! I smell an odor that was stronger when I first picked up the car, it is still there, but less prominent. With the holiday, etc., I haven't brought the car back for it, so I hope it will not be too late. I assumed that the gaseous odor was from the repair process, etc. Thanks.

I wouldn't trust my repairs to anyone but F&D. I absolutely love the text messaging updates and thoroughness of the job and communication. Thank you to everyone there for their hard work, experitise and efficiency. It makes the process after an accident a bit more bearable.

I was very pleased with the work done. Also with my rental car coverage expiring before my car was done, Frankie and Dylan's was nice enough to provide me with a loaner car to cover the gap. The one thing that really stuck out to me was the friendliness of the staff and how great the communication was throughout the entire process. Every person I spoke with was extremely friendly. I loved getting the texts and emails letting me know the progress of my vehicle. Every question I had throughout was answered quickly. I will be more than happy to recommend you guys to anyone I know who may need body work. Thank you again!

My only issue was the timing, a week after the expected date it was ready, then when they told me 4:45 it would b ready, I got there around 5 & didn't leave until 5:30 & they needed to come back out and fix the steering column & push it back together.
