Wonderful and quick turn around. I was extremely pleasantly surprised that my car was vacuumed and wiped down. Really excellent experience!

The guy behind the gun laid down the paint that was show quality. No dirt, sags,streaks,or orange peel. The body guy did a nice job with the gaps. Also my headlights are aligned perfectly. However ther is a plastic brace on the bottom of bumper that is missing. There is a shroud or vanity cover between the core support and grill that was broken and not replaced. The plastic clips that hold the inner fender to the fender were painted over. I would assume that they should have been removed. The customer service was great.

Second time I have had the car repaired there and you guys have done an excellent job. Car always comes back looking brand new????????????

The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. If there was one thing that disappointed me, was that someone didn't put a little wiper fluid in so I could test that it worked. When my car was damaged the fluid container was smashed. It was very nice having the rent a car meet me at the shop and being able to drop the rent a car off at the shop when I picked up my car. Job not completed. Dirtiest I've ever seen the inside of my car...and I was told they kept it an extra day to detail it. Funny. Have to take it back to get a list of things completed that should have been done to begin with. They were going to just let me leave after I paid without going out to look at my car with me. Brought it to their attention and the response was I can if you want me to. Don't all places go over their work with their customers? Looks bad for the company. Something was listed on old and new paperwork to be replaced and they did not. The guy said oh maybe they looked over it or it wasn't listed on the old paperwork. It was. And all they did was tighten the part and thought because I'm a young girl they could get away with not replacing a damaged piece that said on every paperwork to replace it. I have picture proof of the piece not attached to my car and scratched. Had to come home vacuum my car and wipe down Windows and interior. Still dirty. I have black seats and there's white stuff all over the whole interior. And they said they cleaned it.........it's funny that Farmers recommended this place to me because I think they should recommend a different repair company to their customers. Could go on with complaints but I doubt this will be taken seriously to begin with.
