I feel I received a very low quality repair job that left me with a laundry list of issues to point out for a return fix. I had to not only bring my truck back twice, I now need to consult another outfit to finish the work that wasn't completed. $10,000 later im still contemplating posting my review video to share the work I received. I feel I was taken advantage of and left to figure out how to properly have my truck fixed and find the damage that was neglected when I put my trust in Hild Collision. Sad to see the quality of work that was happily returned to my possession as if I wouldn't notice any of it. I chose Hild because it was a "family friend," convenient and someone I could thought I could trust to get the job done correctly. In the end, I wish I would have stuck with my instinct and I wouldn't be stuck in the position with half the job completed.

The work on the bumper was very good. My only complaint is that when cleaning the dash, my satellite radio was pulled out and thrown into the back, and the items on the shelf were tossed onto the dash, If you can't put things back, or work around them, then leave them alone.

My wife's biggest concern was the reverse camera. Steve Wyatt was informed of this multiple times. (At the original estimate and throughout the repairs.) Upon completion and pick up of the repaired vehicle, the camera was still intermittent. When asking Steve Wyatt he stated we would need a new camera. Then stated that it was repaired, even though nothing stated on the invoice. Steve then continue to make excuses of all the estimates and he must have had this mixed up with a different vehicle because he was running 10 to 15 estimates. The camera still doesn't work consistently. we have talked to the insurance provider stating that we are unhappy with the services and will not recommend nor refer any work through hild collision center in the future. the lack of follow-through is not how any business should be run especially when dealing with insurance claims, theàre's no transparency on the estimate and severely lacking customer service! and just a heads up to Steve a rant about how women are too emotional is not good business ????
