Was very satisfied with the service received at Hild. Will recommend you to all my friends. Hopefully they won't need you. BUT if they should.....Young lady at the front desk VERY EFFICIENT. Very unhappy with my repairs...multiple issues with the paint and quality of the job. I used Hild every time we have an situ body repair need and have always been happy, this time is a disappointment.

Great service, great repair to vehicle, great treatment by all involved. Give them an A or at least a raise. When my wife came to pick up her car a constant visitor to the lobby and receptionist named Dean Hogue, 93 or older was passing the bull and for some reason picked up the keys to my wife's car and away he went. He could not be found and I drove from Manton at a high rate of speed to help my wife get home at a reasonable time. To think I risk my life to give my wife the spare key because her keys were left unattended. The same day I came to the office to check on the timing of the car being ready for my wife. Both times there were keys on work orders unattended while the secretary went from her desk to the back and returned. If I was a vagabundo wandering the streets of Redding and came to visit your office I could have taken many sets of keys. Yesterday I returned to check on the status of the lost keys and a new set will be ready next Tuesday, August 25th, and it will, hopefully be over with. While waiting for the service person the desk was again unattended and if I would have desired to take the bank envelope it was there to be taken. Another vehicle service department uses Tupperware containers which holds all keys and papers and is in a cubby behind the counter so safeguard what happened to me from happening to them. Soooooo what ever decision is made hopefully future Hild customers will not experience what happened to us this week. Thank you, Mr. Stanley

No need contacting me, the reason was car was delayed one day due to buffing burnt through paint. I was counting on the car on the due date causing a minor inconvenience. Sometimes things happen. Work was excellent.
