Car is great. As this is the first accident we've ever been in, I was surprised at how little work it was for us. That said, i was also surprised that neither i nor the insurance adjuster had to approve the work. AC had to be replaced? Really? I would've gotten a second opinion on that one. $6,000 of work for an 8mph fender bender? really? I have doubts. Plus you did not use Toyota parts, so the AC sounds different. not sure if that's a problem yet or not, but it is louder. But, these things did not raise my price, but i wonder if it will raise my insurance rates.

I loved how quick and efficient check in was. I had to be to work and I was nervous it would take a long time but I was in and out of check in under 5minutes. I like that you have the same person work with the customer the whole way. That way I wasn't having to remember who I talked to and so forth. I also thought the text message updates were very helpful. They made me feel like I was kept in the loop and that our car wasn't just at the shop and us not knowing how much longer. We were informed on the process through calls and texts and come pant be happier about how the car looks now. All of our questions we had about how the claim process were also answered so I didn't have to make additional calls to insurance agents. Super helpful staff!

I had been to another body shop in town before and wasn't sure who to use this time around. To be honest, I was not sure I wanted to take my truck to your shop not knowing anything about your work. I had a friend who just had work done and said you were really good so I thought I would give you a try this time. I must admit your shop exceeded my expectations in all areas! My truck is still new to me and I was still very upset from being in an accident from no fault of mine. From the time I walked in till the time I picked my truck up I was kept informed by a phone call or email. When I picked my truck up they went over every detail and answered every question I had. As I talked with Tom Reeve before I left when I picked up the car the paint does not come close to matching. I would like to bring it back for a respray, which he agreed to. Not sure when I would bring it back.
