Sorry to complain however it seems that here are some fasteners missing in the rear bumper repair also I questioned the shop employee about a dent and scratch left un-repaired at the rear hatch door . I thought this damage was caused by the accident because I had no knowledge of it prior to the accident on 7/3/24 I may be mistaken about this damage so I'll have to accept your honest decision

I am always impressed with the quality of your workmanship, hands down - impressive! I also really appreciated the communication, when things were or weren't happening on the projected timeline etc. I know that parts delay can cause an issue, but keeping me informed helped to soften the blow. I do wish you were open on weekends, but I also appreciate everyone needing work life separation. --Thank you Jared and Neil
