The service looks good. However I noticed that there were scratches in the panel and in the forward/reverse handle that were not there before. There were also some dirty patches in the seat in the back. While I gave you a "completely" satisfied, I thought you should know those items could should have been avoided. Thanks

It is a good experience to repair my old 1999 Camry in car care Autobody company. My driver side window cannot work properly. After pushed down,it cannot get up,and need to wait a long time to up, sometimes very annoying. Ryan, a very nice guy, helped me. He tried to get cheaper parts for me first. After cannot work out, he tried his best to get discounts and save money for me. I got a reasonable price, and professional fixing. This is a good body shop, good workers like Ryan Yatman are working there. They got job done and made customer satisfied.

did not provide accurate eta. Was postponed by 4 days. I had to change my travel plans due to that delay. On the checkout- took 15 minutes to wait for representative to go over the fixes that were applied. Eventually I was not able to meet him or discuss any details. I am writing this review **** day after i got the car. The repair it self looks fine. I cannot say about internal fixes that was done. But it was definitely a good news to hear about Warranty. I think that you may do better job on communication delays to customers. This will be the key
