My Platinum looks awesome. Job to a little longer because of a back ordered part from Ford which wasn't Midtowns fault. There were no surprises with that as they kept me informed about everything along the way with text and phone communications sometimes multiple times a day. Midtown also made sure I had a loaner. Couldn't ask for a more professional team from Scott in the front office to the technician who's name I wish I remembered that came out to talk with me about what they did to my truck. They really helped bring such a positive conclusion to an ugly beginning. I highly recommend midtown collision. Wish I had brought my last car there. And to top all this off Midtown guarantees their work 100%. If I ever have a reason to get any body work done in the future at least I won't have to look for an honest trustworthy team, I've already found that in Midtown Collision.
