We found the service to be most efficient in getting our vehicle estimated, repaired & returned to us within the stated timetable and budget. They had worked on our other vehicles prior to this situation, so we did not get any other estimates.

I requested that additional repair work be done on left rear panel that was not part of the insurance claim and that I would pay for separately. That was not done. Also, the wiper mechanism for the right headlight was not replaced and that should have been covered by the insurance.
