Lynchburg Collision

I was completely satisfied with the repair job. You always do a great job. One note: When the car wasn't ready on the scheduled Friday, my out of pocket expenses increased by $77 due to having to pay for additional car rental days. If I had known this before hand I could have gotten a least expensive rental and I wouldn't ran out of rental car allowance. I will still use you again.

Quality work done in a timely manner with great customer service

The work done was good, but it took forever. Car was in the shop for 3 weeks. I realize that they wanted it done correctly, but I did not like receiving a text every day saying it would be delayed to the next day. I would have rather gotten a phone call and told it would be a couple days. I have to pay for a rental car, so the longer it took, the more I paid. Car is now at Toyota for engine problems and hybrid warning lights even after I was told nothing was popping up on their new $5000-6000 scanner they just bought specifically for this collision work. Collision work=good, customer service and satisfaction=eh, I asked for it to be taken to Toyota first but was told to get collision done first. My mistake for saying okay, I have a nice looking car that can’t even run. Glad you guys got your money while I am still waiting for my car. Don’t bother calling.
