You guys did a great job on the repair of my vehicle. Wasn’t sure what to expect with the headlight issue, but when I saw that you put the stock light back in to ensure I at least had something was really nice. Luckily I had a bulb at home so I just took the ballast box from a fog light to make the headlight system work. I also appreciate how neat the wires were ran in that area, that my job easier on those pain in the **** headlights... Thanks again. I’m pleased and will recommend you guys

It's not necessary that someone contacts me. I kept in contact with the estimator and spoke with Travis a few times regarding the length of time it took to repair our car. It seemed to take a lot longer than it should even based on 3 hours labor time each day. I was told it should be done Friday afternoon when I called that day and then later that day I was told it might not be done by closing time. I finally picked it up The following Monday at 12:30 - they told me that morning it was in clean up phase and was finally done at 12:30. Travis and the estimator, Brett, were very nice but it was frustrating to get an update and get hopes up that it would be done sooner to find the next day it was still not complete.
