Updates to your cell were great with the progress. Huge help with being able to leave rent a car when picking up car when finished. You make the whole process seamless. Very impressed

The exterior work for which the car was there for is excellent. I am disappointed that having just bought the car in November the cover for the speedometer wasn't scratched like it was when I picked up the vehicle. I hate being a negative person and the experience with the people and everything else was mainly great, (the text message thing a little confusing but I understand how it's used). It almost looks like coarse buffing compound on a rag or someones ring or maybe a dirty rag was used when wiping it scratched it. I feel bad because I understand these things happen. When I pointed it out to the guy he said they use windex and a paper towel on the instruments cover and they are a cheap plexiglass but it also appears the same thing was used on the computer screen control and I'm pretty sure only terrycloth is supposed to be used on these types of screens. All in all I can live with it but the speedometer cover definitely is the worst of it deep enough scratches that my finger can feel.
