Even before I dropped my car off, your phone reps were both cheery and knowledgeable. When I dropped off my car, everything was handled efficiently and with a very welcoming atmosphere all around. I totally appreciated the frequent email updates and never had to call to check the status of the repair. Since I work until 8 pm every day, it was no problem for me to pick up my vehicle after hours. The first thing that struck me is that someone was thoughtful enough to park it under a light. Also, i was pleasantly surprised to find the entire vehicle had been cleaned, stem to stern. Thank you so much to taking the stress out of getting my car repaired. Feel free to use this as an endorsement.

Talked to Erica today—love her!—and confirmed my car would be ready on October 4th. Today is September 28. At 4:32 pm I got an auto text saying my car was ready for pick up today. I called and went to VM. Sooo live an hour away and would not be able to get with less than 30 minutes to close. I texted back but received no reply. Then at 5:00pm I received a text saying they are confirming that I picked up my car today—which I obviously did not. Then at 7:50pm I received the text saying thank you trusting Fuller with your car repair , please take our survey. So now I am concerned that my insurance will be notified that my car was ready today and won’t cover my rental, or that someone else took my car. I am hoping this was a mistake and sent to me by mistake, but this is very concerning if someone else should have received a confirmation message and didn’t get their car. I’m confused about what happened here and hope that it is a simple mistake which is easy to correct
