I was not notified that my car was ready until I called. There was no communication from Tuesday morning when I dropped it off until I called Thursday at 4pm. If I had not called, I would not have been able to pick it up until Tuesday as I work on Friday 7-6:30 , your shop is closed on weekend and I work on Monday. I would have incurred 4 additional days of car rental cost. Car looks good, but wish the pick up had been what I was promised.

I don't often get time to answer my cell at work so the texts were very convenient. Having a member of the Fuller family do the last walk through made a big difference for me. 5-stars all around
