Just amazing! The staff at this location is awesome. Also who ever it was that washed my truck after the service, is like the greek god of making old beat up trucks look shiny and new! My only negative comment is that it seems the dealership has no idea what’s going on at the shop. I had to have someone pick up my vehicle and they went to the dealership by mistake, the staff was less than helpful and wasn’t able to direct them to the body shop. It was on me as I was unreachable and forgot to tell them the correct area, however, I do feel like it would have been an easy judgment call for the person/s they worked with to say oh it’s getting body work repaired, let me try the body shop around the corner and made a fast call. Again has nothing to do with the body shop and I know it was me that miss informed the person picking up the truck.

Prefect job. Couldn’t be happier with the work. The jeep was the top of the line overload summit and perfect until this back bumber (only plastic cosmetic damage) and Bob’s crew made it look and feel brand new.

Great job!!! Randy handled our claim. We ordered new floor mats, he got those and had them in the car when we picked it up. I love getting updates so we weren’t sitting at home wondering if our car was being worked on. Best service we have ever had at a dealership.
