I thought you did a great job, start until almost the very end. Only problem was with the pickup. Girl at front desk did fine, then she told me someone would get my car. I walked outside, and there's my car just a few feet away inside the (open) fence. The guy who's supposed to "get my car", doesn't want me to just get it myself. So he says he'll get it. Then he disappears and leaves me waiting for 5 minutes. Way too long, and there was nothing that needed to be done. So I use the time to look over the car. Nice job! Then I notice the tires look low, so I ask D??? if anyone had checked them. In the meantime he drives the car all of the 20 feet needed to pass the fence, and stops in the middle of your driveway. I see there is another car wanting to get out, but D??? has parked where he's He heads off with my keys. So I ask for the key and he drops it. Fortunately it didn't break, but this guy needs to not interact with customers. After that he mumbles something about going off to find Enrique to ask about the tires. He's gone another 5 minutes before I just gave up and drove off. Very frustrating end to what should have been a great experience (except for why my car was there).
