The work was great, the car looks new. But the communication was very poor between the shop and the insurance company geico who was sending updated text messages that were completely false.

After turning car off and attempting to start it again, car wouldn't start three times. Car started on fourth attempt, AC had stopped working and steering wheel would not turn. Parked car and turned it off. Came back to car, tried to start it again and it wouldn't start. Then car began to try to start by itself when i wasn't even pushing the start button. I have never had trouble like this until receiving my car back from quality paint and body. Also, the inside of my car reeked like cigarette smoke and i am not a smoker.

The car is reschedule to go back in because the grill was put back on, the bumper got nicked up in 2 separate places. Now it needs to be resanded and painted. I do appreciate the warranty. Just don't like the inconvenience
