dripped a little trans oil but it was from the accident. could have cleaned it better, otherwise a excellent job on the repairs

Staff was friendly and explained the time frames and repairs thoroughly. I also appreciated how they kept me informed throughout the repair process. The repair work was excellent - expertly done, absolutely no sign of damage that had been done - car looks brand new! Quality was in contact with me frequently throughout the process, from initial estimate, to parts delivery, to repairs, to estimated completion, and final completion; everything was explained in detail, and in a way that I could completely understand. They worked with the insurance company - the process for me was "painless". I am a completely satisfied customer, and although I hope to not be returning soon ( don't want another fender bender or accident!) I would immediately seek out Quality if I needed car repairs and body work. Thanks, Quality Paint and Body!)

Thank you for your interest in my feedback. This was not a very good experience at all and did not meet my expectations. I was not kept up to date and aware of delays until I initiated contact and left a bad survey with my insurance company. The delays continued and I would have expected up front and honesty vs. excuses. The ordering of the wrong mirrors wasn't disclosed till called out. I've had several other repairs at this shop in the past and will not be returning in the future. I will ensure to continue to share my experience with family and friends and maybe Yelp.

Since I still do not have my vehicle back how could I be satisfied. You need your texting to accurately inform what is happening. I have got two texts saying thank you for using you, but my truck won't be done for two more days (hopefully). The texting is a great idea... But it needs to be accurate.
