When I got my car back my battery kept dying and left me stranded a few times. When I talked to the inspector he said the battery was disconnected and re connected and my battery must have not made it through the process. Once I confirmed my battery was no good and needed to be replaced I called and talked to the manager Daniel who paid for my new car battery over the phone ! I am extremely pleased with the customer service and am very grateful that the manager was so accommodating

We were picked up, by Jose a driver for Quality Body and Paint, at our home in a timely manner. Doug showed us the repairs which had been completed on the car. We walked around the car and it appeared to be in tip top repair. When we arrived home I was showing my friend the car when she noticed a large scratch on the trunk area of our car. I text your company with a picture showing the scratch and how the license plate scratch matched up with the one on the trunk. I'm sure this is an automated system and not everybody reads the responses daily, and I would like to have a call back the first part of the week, so we can make arrangements to have this repaired. Overall, I would give QB& P, the company a 9 3/4 rating, out of 10. Thank you, Mrs Beverly R

The staff-honest, knowledgable and informative, thorough, helpful, efficient, and uses time wisely. The work- My car looks amazing. I will be referring them to others. Customer service is the number one priority and they most definitely performed at the highest of standard in that department, but their clean, comfortable, and cozy environment is memorable (especially for an auto body shop) and adds to the experience.

I am completely satisfied with the work done on my car. My issue was with the representative that did the estimate. The contact was rushed and the representative was condescending. I pointed out all of the damage that I observed. The representative had a sarcastic retort for everything I said or pointed out. I have used your services in the past and referred literally hundreds of people to you because of the QUALITY of your work. When my wife Cathleen spoke with the same representative, he was condescending and rude. Dealing with damage to a brand new car is already a stressful ordeal, attitude was not expected or deserved. When I/we pointed out text message updates that we received from Quality, the representative said he knew nothing about them or the return of my vehicle to me two full days later than what was relayed in the text message. Again, the repair work was outstanding, your representative made me irate over the overall experience. Thank you, Michael McWain

Was told car was complete. When we showed up to pick up the car I found 4 areas around the fixed area that had no attention to detail. I was not very impressed. We then waited while those areas were fixed. In the end Scott did make it right. Just thought that should have been checked before the customer sees the finished product. Now we've had the car 2 days and the air seems to be not working .Scott did say it went to the dealer for an electrical issue, this may need to brought back to see if it is a related issue. Air worked fine 3 weeks ago. Thanks, Scott I

Paint looks amazing and staff is always friendly! I've been here 3 times and never had a problem. Been other places and it was not good! Everyone was helpful I can't say enough about the staff!!
