The service representative, Jaime, was VERY informative on the steps and process to be conducted on my truck. This made the experience pleasant. I was keep in the loop on what was going on with my truck. I liked the fact that when he said it would be completed, it was. I know this is a lengthy process and okay with it taken the needed time. It was nice he didn't say a shorter time frame then have to second guess what was going on. He kept himself updated and in turn kept me updated. Thanks Jaime!!

My vehicle was not fixed right. There are some scratches that were not there before and my spoiler in my vehicle was not install correctly which also caused my brake light from my spoiler not turn on.
