You folks have always been the best, but you have taken it to a whole new level with the text updating and the young man was so great at every aspect of the process! We will not let anyone else touch our cars and recommend you every chance we get! MERRY CHRISTMAS ????

These guys did a great job and I'm happy with the repair. The paint seems to match well but will need day light to check it out clearly. The ladies up front desk needs to show more better appreciation to their customers. Their body language shows they don't enjoy their job to satisfied customers. They don't often smile either. They need to work on that little more better next time. Over all all I care about is my car that got repaired. As a deaf customer, I'm far from satisfied, I'm actually **** happy that the Geico agency communicate with me through written paper and the auto body guy did too.

For the most part yes, i was treated right and only one part of the truck repairs do i had questions about. The front right quarter panel and corner the hood above the headlight was not repaired and in fact there was a new scratch there that wasn't there when i dropped it off to the shop and a good sized ding on the left front quarter panel above the head light was not repaired. The grill and bumper replacements looke awesome and u couldn't be happier about the way they look. Thank you.

Everything about my experience with Quality Body and Paint was amazing. The entire staff took care of everything for me, down to the smallest details. When I was told I only had a rental car for two days I was extremely delighted when your body shop corresponded with the insurance company to ensure that the rental time was extended (and this was all done without my having to be involved). The e-mails from your company were incredibly informative and allowed me to keep track of the progress on my vehicle. I thought for sure being the holiday my vehicle repairs would be delayed but my vehicle was done super fast and it made my day!!! When I saw the repairs I was flabbergasted, I honestly feel the back end looked better now then it did when I first purchased it. The true QUALITY of your teams work shows and is astonishing!!! And to top it all off my car was washed...it really needed that and I have never been so happy with a company in my life. There are so many companies nowadays who treat customers terrible, but with you all I felt panpered and I truly want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I work in a huge healthcare clinic and I will certainly spread positive word of mouth about Quality Body and Paint forever. To all your staff, thank you again!!!

Satisfaction begins with the service I receive, and then the quality of restoration for my vehicle. Jaime Estrada did an excellent job informing me of Quality's preparation for drop off day, coordinating services for me with other agencies, the progress during restoration, and the review and delivery of my vehicle on the day of pickup. I appreciated the emails, but Jaime's direct communication with me regarding adjments to the process and reassurance of completion on time demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction. Credit should also be given to Chris for mentor Jaime to this level of professionalism. My thanks to both of you and to the Quality technicians for your excellent work.

Your front Desk is very slow. The Girls do a great job, but not enough people up front. I came in to pick up my Car. Took me 40 minutes to be asked, can I help you, then another 15 minute to get my Car. Thanks.

Jennifer is condescending and unpleasant to work with/ my vehicle did not receive Ford parts and it was not disclosed to me in advance they would use aftermarket parts / the tire replaced was not the same quality as the one originally on car and my tire pressure and tire sensor warnings are still on

Greg, is very professional and did a very good job.

Jaime was great. He gave me all the updates and information that I needed. He followed up with me every time there was any movement in my case. He was also able to get my car finished well before the estimated time. Very professional staff in front as well. I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends.
