Job well done, staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend quality paint & body to family and friends.

I receivedn great communication via text messages and from phone calls from Jaime at Quality for the first two weeks of the repair. Each communication stated the the repair was on schedule and would be finished on time. The week that the repair was to be complete, I received no communication via text or phone call. It wasn't until I called Quality two days after the scheduled completion date and left a voicemail with Jaime that I found out that the car was not going to be done. This happened two different times before I finally received word that the car would be done a week late. Though I appreciated the communication in the beginning of the repair, I think it is more important that communication happen as soon as a delay is discovered. Other than this, the repair looks great and I was happy with everything else. Thank you, William K

You need to get your time of completion a little more accurate. The rental car ends when the car is completed, and when the completion date is off by several days, we had to rearrange our schedules to pick up the car, and missed our sons tennis game. We had to travel from Porterville. Getting it completed early is not necessarily a good thing. Also we had a scratch protector on the back bumper to prevent scratches when taking things in and out of the trunk. After the repair the protector was gone.

Great service, felt like they went out of their way to do a great job on the car. Recommendation: open earlier for car and key drop off for those that need to get work early.

I'm satisfied with how fast and nice my car looked when I got it back, but before when I dropped it off and when I brought it in for the estimate, the rep that "helped" me was rude and was confusing. Asking me where the damage to the car was then when I said where it was and where it might be he practically yelled at me that he didn't want to know where it might be and was not good at explaining what was happening without sounding like a ****. Everything was great. I understand he's busy but his lack of patience and how he basically makes you feel rushed, brings the experience down.

well overall in my opinion you did a good job painting and repairing the car but sh did not paint the grill on my Honda Civic it does not match You need to correct the problem Are you gonna make a good heart I have to leave it like that please contact me At ****-****-xxxx

I'm happy to get my car back & working. I was always kept alert and aware of any changes or delay. The car looks great. I am however having issues with the locking mechanism. It is not syncing.
