Im very happy with the repair work that was done. However when my car was in the shop the button for my power window was damaged and was told I have to take it to the dealer and have a diagnostic test done at my expense I shouldnt have to pay for damage done while in your shop.

I wasn't sure what to expect in dealing with insurance, car rental and a place I have never been to for work on my car. Everybody was very nice and helpful. I was extremely pleased to have such a high level of customer care. I will be sure to recommend your business to others. My car was returned to me with 2 scratches that were not on the vehicle when dropped off at your shop. In addition, the primary mechanical issue was not even addressed correctly before releasing the vehicle back to me. I had to bring the car back to you to have these problems resolved. Very dissatisfied.

they were very nice and keep me informed about every thing they did to my car. I will send anybody that need auto repair to them. They when up and be on more than any repair shop I took it to. if I was rating them I would give them a 20 score.

Pick up car and drove it home, looked in back seat found lug nut. Scary driving a car without lug nut. When my husband took the car back they said we never took tire off, then he asked for the Manager and he said they did and apologized. The tech lied and put my life in jerpodary driving a car without lug nuts , if I haven't looked in back seat who know what would of happened
Will never ever go back and will spread the word
