OMG!!!!! BEYOND SATISFIED! MY CAR LOOKS LIKE NEW AND A FEW LITTLE QUIRKS ON MY CAR THAT WEREN'T ON THE LIST WERE FIXED. I TRULY APPRECIATE IT! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE REFERRING ANYONE I KNOW TO YOU GUYS!!

I wasn't "completely" satisfied, only because you phrased it as such. I am overly satisfied with the job Vernon Collision did. They had the eye to detail and also did the work in a fast turn around. I was immediately happy when I saw my car was washed, and even happier when I opened it and found the inside was detailed. Very awesome touches to the job that made me say I would come back if I need to, and I would. I wasn't "completely" satisfied for two reasons. The first is I noticed streak marks from the cleaning on the inside door handle and around the panel. I was very happy that it was washed down, but it just looks not 100% perfect when you can see streaks like that. I know that is picky. Second was after looking at the touch up Vernon did on a scrape with some rust, I noticed just a tiny dash where the paint hadn't covered the rust. I'm talking the size of silver, something you probably wouldn't see as it was drying. I realize this is also picky and I wish I saw it as Vernon to point it out. HOWEVER, despite my nagging about these details, I am overall very satisfied with VCC and would do business with them in the future.
