Great Customer service

When Pan American called me to schedule, I didn't understand that they scheduled the estimate appointment in San Jose and not Los Gatos. I had requested the Los Gatos location but am not sure if I requested it through Farmers Ins or through Pan American. In any case I would suggest that your staff makes a point of clarifying the location to the customer. Otherwise service was great. Joseph at Los Gatos branch does a great job!

The car looks beautiful! Everything went smoothly, very easy to work with. I appreciated the updates on the process and Crystal was very quick to respond to emails. I will definitely recommend Pan Am in the future.

That was my first time repair my car in PAC, I drop my car to George in Los Gatos, he is a very responsible person, he explained everything to me very clearly. And during the reparation, PAC not only replaced visible damage part, but also repaired the invisible damage, and showed me the damage, that did make me feel safe to have PAC repair my car. So I do like PAC, and I do want to thanks George, and I also thumb up for PAC on yelp. Thanks :)

First of all, Frank and I want t thank George Carsella at the Los Gatos Pan Ameican Collision Shop for getting everything ready for us when our car was towed to the Los Gatos facility. He assured us that our car (Lexus IS250) would be repaired as soon as possible aftr all the parts are ordered and delivered to the Pan American Body Shop at Burke Street. Not only that, but he was trying hard to find a rental car for us. He made many calls to get a Camry or us, but there was no Camry available. So, he found a Hertz Car Rental that had a Chevrolet that would be easy to operate. We were not satisfied with the car, and on the following Monday George spoke to one of the sales persons at Hertz, who guaranteed that he had a Camry for us. We found George to be a genuinely concered person who wanted to take care of us. His wife, Aimee, has taken care of us in the past, and she too was a wonderful person who gave us excellent service. With respect to PAN AMERICAN BODY SHOP AT BURK STREET, the entire staff there has been the best since the beginning. We recommend them to all of our friends. Their repair work is excellent. The automated messages were not in sync with reality on one occasion as the expected completion date went from 5 days to 8 days with a delayed explanation, only to actually hit the original promises completion date of 5 days. So, I was needlessly frustrated for about a day or two. While they were understandably an attempt at being customer friendly, the messages lacking any real info, such as the saying my car was happy because it was being taken care of at p. a. was unnecessary.
