My experience started with Danielle Mays. She was what every human being should be in customer service or on the street. She was a very kind person, informative and knowledgeable with ever question I asked. THEN, my car was not only done within 3 days but, it's was better than it was when it came back. Like, they not only fixed it but, cleaned it too. I would recommend the shop in Los Gatos to everyone. Really, if you want friendliness and real customer service, this is where you go. I was pleased with the outcome but very disappointed that it took 22 days from June 7 until June 29 to complete the repairs. Danielle was quite helpful and kept me up to date on status, but I would have expected a week to 10 days for completion should have been sufficient. Although I am assured this only happens very rarely, I can only judge by my experience. Multiple times I was assured it would be in two days or next Monday or we just have to let the paint dry one more day. I think it was excessive for the level of damage.

However, your technician forgot to fill the new windshield washer tank. can't image what will happen if a new coolant reservoir were replaced and I drive the without coolant!
