I'm greatly apreciative to both Alex'es from from service king. Alex Acevedo, he got my truck admitted sooner than I thought and had my truck ready for me when he said it would be. Also thank you to the body shop technician, great work on my truck. I'm very happy with the customer service and overall service of the shop.

Alex was great. My issue was that my vehicle was quite dusty on the inside after I picked it up. I didn’t notice at first, but as I was reloading items into my car at home, I realized how dusty it was, with what appeared to be dust from the sanding process. It was light dust, but it was everywhere. There were also numerous hand prints and foot prints on the seats and carpeting. I know I could have called Alex and he would have had it cleaned for me. But honestly, I did not have the time. For this reason alone, I have to give four stars out of five stars. I am so far satisfied with the repair, but only time will tell on that that.

Everything was outstanding about the experience except for an issue where I was told parts were ordered and they weren’t. This caused at least a month and a half delay getting my car fixed. If I had checked with Tesla and found out no parts were ordered for my car I’m not sure when my car would have been fixed. My service advisor Robert and the service manager Andy did a great job getting everything straightened out and they did an incredible job on my car. Fix the part issue and it would be perfect.

Everything was fine from the time my car was towed in up to the last week that was supposed to be ready I've been getting update as far as status which is already know wasn't supposed to be ready until the 9th. But comes the last week of my repair (the 7th) was when issue keeps occurring. I received a call it was going to be **** day delay (til the 10th) and from that point all calls I kept getting was "it should" be ready. The last promised date was delayed to the 11th and even when I called on that day at noon my car in line waiting to get wash and once again I was told "it should" be ready that day but waiting for **** more item to be delivered then I can pick up. But they were going to call me back AGAIN to let me know "when" I can pick up once they check on status AGAIN. By 430pm I received a voicemail that my car was in the washed department STLL or AGAIN I don't know how the hell long it takes to wash a car!!! And once again message was to inform me "it should" be ready by 6pm. At this point by now by the 11th (also Friday night) and considering my car was promised the 9th, you would think there's a rush on it to where they can bump ahead of the line but no. At that point I just know they need to get their **** together and I no longer trust anything I was told. With that being said, I will have a professional (which you guys aren't qualified for since you can't get your **** together) to check out my car to make sure nothing I didn't missed anything and repair was done properly. Anything wrong with my car your company would be my first suspect and you know it's a lawsuit waiting to happen. It was end of day Friday by the time I got a call it was FINALLY ready which was too late because I wasn't going to drop everything to pick up my car. But then again on Saturday I received another voicemail that there was some lights on in my car that needs to be checked out by mechanic on Monday and they will let me know AGAIN when I can pick it up. So we were back to my car NOT being ready by the 12th now. Since I was out of town, my reception was in and out and I didn't see the message until I got there at 9am Monday to pick up my car and they told me it was back to NOT ready and they were going to have a mechanic check it out. Seriously at this point considering they were aware my car was past my allotted 30 days rental from my insurance and now 5 days past promised time, you would think they rushed to get that lights check out first thing Monday morning when they opened at 7am but once again none of your employees seem to have their head screw on right and know how to prioritize anything. I am aware my car isn't the only one needing attention but considering the circumstances of being WAY PAST promised time, past rental period and not to mention when my car was ready one day but the next day it's not ready AGAIN, they need to get their priorities straight and give immediate attention to that type of situation. And the fact that they found something else wrong after it was supposedly done shows me that even your mechanic did a lousy job of putting my car together in the first place that led to that. Every aspect of service your company provide failed, 110%. No one there took into consideration the inconvenience it caused their customer when it comes to their daily transportation. And apologies for inconvenience would've gone along way but I honestly do not feel anyone there took any of that into consideration!! I wouldn't trust making this complaint at store level. I do not believe anything will be done by their management. Unfortunately, in my line of work there are consequences of not meeting deadline. Court doesn't wait around for me to get my **** together and take my case whenever I'm ready. So I expect deliver time on your part to be as promised or when it realistically be done. I want clear communication. None of this "it should" be and keeps delaying. I have a very busy schedule, I do not like playing this game of waiting. Picking up my car requires arrangement of dropping off my rental, getting a ride to the shop, and taking the time away from work. This is why it's crucial you need to deliver on your promise and clear communication with customers. I will NOT recommend your company to any of my clients or anyone I know and make sure my complaint gets post on every review site available online and with BBB and along with my insurance company to make sure they know their preferred shop can't be trust with any service! Especially the Bellflower location! I would rate it NEGATIVE 5 stars.
